- We accept Visa and Master Card. Provide credit card
number at time of the order.
- If you are paying by check or money order, make
payable to Procter & Gamble Distributing Company.
- Payment terms: Net is due 30 days from date of
invoice. Sales tax will be added if required by state law.
- Lead time including shipping time for Oral-B
toothbrushes: U.S. - 10 business days.
- Product availability is subject to change without
notice. Procter & Gamble reserves the right to limit quantities
ordered to the amount reasonably necessary for distribution to your
patients and/or clients.
- Shipping fees: A shipping fee will be charged based
on the total weight of the shipment except for customers with orders
totaling over $600.
CONVENIENT
SHIPPING PLANS
- If you would like to customize a shipping schedule
for one year from shipment of your first order, we can establish a
convenient shipping plan. To set up this plan, simply enter the
appropriate number of cases you desire in a particular month. You may
customize your shipment dates to meet your needs for each item
ordered.
- Convenient shipping plan prices. Unless otherwise
specified, these plans will be automatically renewed.
- You may change or cancel your order at any time
either in writing or by calling 1-800-543-2577. You will be billed for
each item ordered when it is shipped.
RETURNS,
RECALLS, AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Product Return Policy
- To ensure your satisfaction, products may be returned
for full credit within 180 days of receipt.
- No credit will be given for product returned past 180
days.
- No returns for expired product.
- Procter & Gamble will not accept returns of more
than 10 cases of any Crest Whitestrips from any one customer over a
1-year period of time, with the exception of product shipped in error
or damaged product.
- Imprinted toothbrushes cannot be returned for credit.
Product Return Process
- A Customer Service Representative MUST authorize all
returns. To request Return Authorization, please call 1-800-543-2577.
We will issue a Return Authorization Letter for product being
returned. Customers must provide invoice number, quantities and reason
for return.
- Returns, accompanied by the Return Authorization
Letter, must be shipped to:

- Customers are responsible for return shipment costs
associated with returns, except in cases of damaged product or product
shipped in error.
Damaged Product Returns
- Returns of damaged product or product shipped in
error must be accompanied by a Returns Authorization Letter. Shipping
costs associated with these returns will be covered by Procter &
Gamble.
Recalls
- In the event of a product recall, Procter &
Gamble will notify all customers with regard to the procedures for
returning recalled product.
Terms and Conditions
- P&G reserves the right to change product prices,
terms and policies related to products sales at any time without notice.
RESELL POLICY
- Professional Crest Whitestrips and all Oral-B Power
Toothbrushes are intended for resell by dentists to patients under
their care (excluding Professional Trial Units). Dental and dental
hygiene schools may resell reasonable quantities of Professional Crest
Whitestrips to friends and family and on school property.
- All dental professionals are required to sign a Resell
Agreement at the time of purchase and abide by the Terms and Conditions.
If ordering more than 10 cases of Crest Whitestrips, or more than 48 of
any Power Toothbrush within a calendar year, a Resell Agreement must be
signed.
